My boyfriend and I have lived here for 10 months. We have had no issues with management, getting service orders fixed quickly, or neighbors! Carmen was also a huge huge help when we decided we wanted a larger apartment than our original. She got us into the perfect place - larger, better view, and same floor so we didn’t have to make a difficult move!

All I can say is PORCHA was the absolute BEST person ever. As we were moving to the area and looking to stay in a nicer area closer to my sons school, we stopped by here. I called her 1st, and she was so personable and a vibe on the phone, I HAD to make the 40 min trip to view. She gave a great tour and made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. I also voiced major concerns I had with some property issues, and she answered them all but also was understanding and empathetic of those concerns. She is what every property needs for not only a leasing consultant/agent/Manager, but as a MANAGER overall!!!

I’ve lived here since February 2022 and I have enjoyed my experience here. There are the usual happenings of apartment life from time to time — to address some of the concerns raised in other reviews — that I believe the staff has been as accommodating as possible to help within their means. Every member of the team greets you with a smile and tries to help you the best that they can. No place is perfect, but I have certainly stayed in worse. The location is great with proximity to both Las Colinas, the Toyota Music Factory, and even an HEB only 15 minutes up the road. There are always groundskeepers picking trash up that careless people have left out and the clubhouse hosts itself as a great utility for those who work remotely from time to time. Several pools and gated courtyards, and the key-access locks are consistently operating. This complex feels very safe. I regularly see local police or state rangers patrolling the area and the local fire department has consistently arrived on sight in less than 10 minutes for any alarm — even false ones. And for those who have fur babies at home — there are at least two separate dog parks within a 10 minute drive from the complex. I would recommend anyone I know to live here. I have personally made friends with several other tenants here and have found the community here to be full of kind and helpful souls.

If I can give 0 stars I would. Granted you can take some things with some salt but it’s important to consider reviews when you’re trying to find a home that is good for you AND your family. This place has terrible management and lack resolution to conflicts that are brought to their attention. They will also try to milk as much as money out of you as possible when they can try to be better about their customer service and people who even try to still stay here. You clearly don’t want people to continue renting based off your actions and treatment. Carmen will discriminate against you and try to gaslight you and the manager Meaghan can do better about showing care to situations when they’re brought to her attention. You can help, you just CHOOSE not to. And that’s worse. This place needs a lot of training. If you can’t be heard when talking to them then maybe they’ll pay attention when a review is left about their work ethic and lack of management. no matter what price/places look like the office staff and maintenance staff can’t keep residents for a reason. You guys should do better and give more resolutions to things brought to your attention. DO. BETTER.
